Wilshire Hotel doesn't think it needs to pay tax

What a bunch of Morons.
The city wants it's tax money and they've sent city workers down there to entice guests to pay cash and they are putting that money right into the citys' coffers.  They will be there for the next couple weeks, working right next to the hotel staff and whenever you pay anything, they will ask you to pay cash and then collect it.

I love it!
