An individual who uses the names Elvier Von Lear, a/k/a Elvier Von Lear Hansford, a/k/a Elvier Getty, is the subject of a criminal complaint with the Yonkers, New York Police Department for credit card fraud.. The complainant, Slink Productions, alleges losses of $70,000. Other victims are submitting complaints to the Yonkers police, alleging theft, forgery and impersonation. An investigation is under way by Detective Sumpf, Detectives Division, Identity Theft Unit, Yonkers Police Department.
The perpetrator claims to be the president of a limited liability company titled Dragonslayer Films, LLC. This company no longer exists.. It was formed in New York State by one of her victims, and it has been dissolved..
She has lived in Seattle, Washington and in Hampstead, United Kingdom, claiming to be married to John Getty of the San Francisco Getty family. In fact, Mr. Getty is not married, and the Gettys have never heard of her. She is engaged in seeking financing for an imaginary film on the life of Jimi Hendrix. Several individuals have given her money funding for this bogus project, which has no basis in reality. On her dragonslayerfilms.com and dragonslayerfilms.net web sites, she lists the names of various individuals as her associates, who are among her victims.
This individual is a fugitive from justice. If you know of her whereabouts, or if you have been victimized by her, you are requested to notify Bernard Stollman, Esq.,212 731 2048.

A 3 hour talk with a Getty imposter

I help her take her bags upstairs and get comfortable in her new room that someone else is paying for. When I get back from buying her a phone card for $10 at Rite Aide, she tips me $5 and tells me a story. It's fucking amazing. It's way too good to be true. It takes 3 hours.

I don't know if I should start with the Dog Kidnapping or the obvious. What is she doing here at this party hotel? Don't play coy with me. You know. What else could she be doing here? She's cutting deals. That's what. She is printing out non-disclosure agreements and loving it.

We love her regardless. I love her.

The Gettys are dead or dieing, she says. She's some dethroned N.Y. debutante and her friends are all in on the deal, too. They're drunk and on some kind of uppers. The Blonde is here today. She hangs out and eats some room service and drinks a whole bottle of wine.

E.von H. G. insists that she's been Married to him once before. Her and J. G. Getty are getting remarried and this time she's taking his name.

She's really good at weaving this tale. She's done it so many times before. Her only mistake is that she asks me for my credit card. She's making a Jimi Hendrix movie and the amount of money increases each time she tells the story. It starts at $110 million and ends up around $185 million. She's out of her mind.

The next day, her sugar daddy calls the hotel to tell us he wants the credit card shut down. He wants all this shit stopped. He doesn't want to be put on hold.

P.S. To all the comments, btw, I love the coMmmmmmmmmments, I can't respond to you if I don't have an email address. I also would like to state that I'm out of any trial against her. I didn't get scammed and I don't have the time for that Craziness in my life and I didn't get scammed, unless you get court papers to make me show up there is no fucking way. I am glad that woman was only in my life for 4 days.
I think we should make this a forum for people that have been scammed by her or are curious if they should go into business with her. If you're seriously considering investing in a movie about Jimi Hendrix then call me, because I need to come over there and slap you around. Don't give these fucks any money! Don't quit your job. Don't believe her. Audiotape the conversation and then keep it for a funny thing as you look back over your life. That's about as much as she's good for. Definitley not worth your hard earned money.

Clippers Vs. Bobcats

Whats going on today? Well, you could pick up a copy of the Downtown News and read all about that bar mogul that's turning downtown into a lush haven. That new club called 'The Doheny' next to the Staples center sounds great. Do I really need to pay the $2750 for the membership fee? Does it matter that I'm Concierge at the Dirty Hot Hotel?!? I guess not. I'm gonna sneak over there with my camera and take all kinds of pictures.

Downtown fun?

Well, the Clippers are playing the Bobcats and that should be fun. You can get tickets for nothing.

Mode is still getting some stuff done over down the street. I think they should be open in another week or two. There is also a restaurant called Tranquility base that is suppose to open soon. That should be a good place to eat. I havn't been invited down to eat there yet, but I'm sure the invitation will come.

Get up early today and make it over tot he Staples Center for the game at 12:30.

Garth Brooks in Los Angeles

Go crazy. Get your cowboy hat and boots on and walk around downtown like some urban cowboy. Garth has 3 shows going on at the Staples Center. He's probably playing right now. All 3 are sold out but come down and talk to me. I can get you tickets. We've always got tickets for you at the Dirty Hot Hotel.

Bagavagabond explosion at Pacific Electric Lofts last night was fun. The line was around the block for the elevator, so we walked up the 7 flights of stairs. Somebody knocked on the wrong door, and was greated by an angry tenant with a hockey stick. My wife swears she saw him get hit by the guy, but the gay couple didn't want to start any trouble. What a place!! The beer ran out about 10:30 so they let in people for $5. I love it. The art was shit, and I thought the band was SK 87 but it wasn't so the whole night was kinda shitty. Look for more events at the penthouse level for the PELOFTS.

He's got 2 shows tonight. One at 6pm and the other at 10pm. He's got 3 more tomorrow but they're all sold out. It's going to be one hell of a western weekend here at the Dirty Hot Hotel. You're gonna love it!! Break out those Cowboy hats and get ready for the beefy Orange county 50 somethings to get their groove on. What is Garth looking back at?

Okay. I know it's sold out, but I've clocked tickets on EBAY and Craigslist starting around $200. If you're afraid to buy over the internet, come down here and we'll work it out at the Concierge desk. Give me the cash and we'll meet the guy in the parking lot. Good times.

Check out Kyoto restaurant inside the Wilshire Grand for some of the good stuff. Great Tempura bar.

Robot Concierge

I need one of the Honda ASIMO robots and one of the Hitachi brand EMIEW robots. I could make them wrestle each other in the lobby. Anyone remember that TV show robot wars, I could totally do that in the lobby.

What else is there to do today besides watch a robot wrestling match. It's raining, so not much.
